Kaizen Project
Management program adopted by the company based in "Lean Manufacturing".

In Japanese, Kaizen means continuous improvement. The word implies that improvement involves all - Managers and workers - and deals with relatively few expenditures.



Iperfor is implanting in its Iperó plant, a programs called "Kaizen Project" which, based in the philosophy of the "Toyota Production System", "Lean Manufacturing" and "Pulled Production" strives to reach the maximum of performance in quality, cost and delivery. For this, Iperfor counts on the aid of  CGE Consulting, a partner company of the Kaizen Institute.
