Two new machines enter in functioning in the usinagem sector     -     Using to advantage this period of after-crisis, Iperfor has invested in its production acquiring recently new machines for the usinagem sector      After all the process of research, negotiation and installation of the equipment, two lathes CNC of the Mazak trademark had their technical delivery in the early September are already in operation .     “We live an expansion moment. We had the increase of the demand in the products in current supply, as well as, developing new products and customers .     The arrival of these machines comes to contribute with increase of productive hours that improve our stated periods of delivery”, explains Nilton Ribeiro, Engineering and Usinagem Manager .     The choice of the “Mazak” brings benefits, for being equipments already known and used in the sector of Usinagem .     “With the Mazaks, we associate high technology to the operational easiness, because we have other machines of the same trademark .     The maintenance is also easier .     Thus, we reduce the time of training in all these aspects”, explains Nilton .      Moreover, soon, another machine must start working in the same sector .      A Center of Romi Vertical Usinagem is coming to add flexibility, beyond extending the range of supplied services .        “For being able to answer the minimum necessities and to keep a good level of services to the customer, it is necessary to walk for the evolution, with optimized and adequate processes”, concludes Nilton. 

Iperfor invests in ISO certifications to grow with quality     -     The concern with the performance of the processes and products in day-by-day guaranteed to Iperfor the maintenance of ISO - TS 16949, an indispensable requirement for the companies who act in the automotive sector as Brazil as abroad      The analytical result was carried through by the ABS Quality Evaluations, between days 16, 17 and 18 of August, and marked another cycle of good performance of the quality of the company .      “The sectors of management systems, maintenance, engineering, production and HR of the plant have been examined and approved, showing that we act with ability and we are intent to the proposed rules”, explains Eduardo Pereira da Fonseca, Coordinator of Quality from Iperfor .     We’ve also obtained a positive result in other analytical exam. We’ve been certified recently with the ISO 9001:2008, that has many similar functions to the ISO TS .      “However, having the ISO 9001:2008 is one of the prerequisite to work with companies that are out from the automobile branch .     With this conquest, we will be able to answer to a bigger number of markets, as for example, the manufacturers of valves”, explains Eduardo .      But the conquest of these ISOs would not be possible without the good performance of the collaborators, who showed all the force and the seriousness of the company to the auditors .      “The entire team deserves congratulations. With more quality, we will be able to grow with security and to follow a success way”, concludes Eduardo. 

The local forged and casting manufacturers for the automobile industry would possibly be in good situation if they did not have to face aggressive foreign competitors, who invade Brazilian market with reasonable prices      The growth of the importations was accented after the economic international crisis that closed the doors of important global markets, but opened chances in Brazilian ground .     The strong Real and all the kinds of incidental costs aggravate the difficulties of our enterprises .     The manufacturers of Brazilian vehicles are the greatest attractive for the foreign dealers, since they absorb 70% of the forged and casting volumes negotiated by the automobile industry .     If they reduce the purchases or search external sources of supply the impact will be great .     A study in the performance of the sector of casting in the years 2008 and 2010 gives us a good idea of the upheaval caused by the global the financial crisis. 

The process of implantation of ISO 14000 in Iperfor starts     -      Having environmental responsibility is showing concern with the planet, with the nature and its own collaborators, guaranteeing a better quality of life when preserving the environment      And it was thinking this way that Iperfor initiated its process of adequacy to receive certification ISO 14000, that it is a rule of environmental management .     On the days 20, 21 and 22 of September we had the visit of the consulting, which carried through an environmental diagnosis .      After that a plan of action for the company was developed and a work group composed by the quality, safety and HR sectors will be responsible for the execution of this plan .     Just after this is that the analytical result will occur to conquer the ISO 14000 certification.

Iperfor is the supplier of the main parts from the hydraulical direction     -     They are non-separable and guarantee the security of the drivers of heavy vehicles, as trucks and buses In the issue of “Knowing the Product” from this month, you will know further informations about the parts “Axle Sector” and “Piston of Direction” .     According to Nilton Ribeiro, Manager Engineering, these two parts act in set in the functioning of the hydraulical direction and they cannot have imperfections during their manufacture .     “These products are security items and if they fail, will place lives at risk .     Therefore, there is a big care during their manufacture, with special materials and in accordance with the legislation .     We rigidly follow a protocol that brings rules, as for example, the retention of documentation from these parts for a period of 15 years”, explains Nilton .     Although all this demand and responsibilities, many are the companies who would like to supply these parts, what increases the necessity of Iperfor in distinguish itself for the quality, deliver and costs. “Iperfor is exclusive supplier of both products for ZF Systems of Direction .     There, they will pass for other processes until their conclusion and assembly in the boxes of direction, that will be destined to customers as Scania, MBB and Volvo”, concludes the Engineering manager .      Do you know what the hydraulical direction is ?      The hydraulical direction is a system that t allows the driver to make less effort during the maneuver of a vehicle .     The system is composed by several parts and counts on a bomb, an oil reservoir and pipes, to allow that this fluid circulates in accordance with the pressure, making it easier the turn of the projection.

Iperfor receives prize during international suppliers’ meeting     -     Answering the demand of the customers with seriousness is the force that moves our business and motivates us to keep on moving      It is with this thought that during 7th Meeting of Suppliers from  ZF South America, carried through in June 16th in  São Paulo City, we received “Better Supplier of 2009” prize in the category of Forged Commodity .     There were present to the event representative people from the Direction of ZF Group, collaborators and several suppliers from all the South America .     For Iperfor, this conquest shows that working with devotion and effort is to plant seeds for a better future .     And with this we’ve already started harvesting the first results .     This prize is for all the collaborators, from Production to the Administrative Staff. We make a great team, who must work together as well as the parts that we produce.
