Steering Wheel
Iperfor has certified ability and flexibility in the development of raw and
machined forgings for steering systems - such as steering arms, pistons and
sector axles, striving for the rationalization of the raw materials and the regular
distribution on the material's grain flow, ensuring stronger resistance to fatigue,
but also enables a greater productivity in the machining processes and lessens
later deformations of thermal treatment of the components.
Shafts

The sector shaft for steering boxes are forged in presses,
guaranteed to meet the dimensional, metallurgical and finishing
requirements and with different sizes up to a lenght of 400 mm.
Pistons __

Pistons for steering boxes complete the moving set
with sector axles with variable dimensions and weight.
Arms __

Parts with compulsory safety requirements, used in steering
lever shaft ends, responsible for the movement of the wheels
of trucks and buses. We are ready to manufacture parallel,
Pitman and T-style arms.
Caps __

Forged parts purposed for the assemblage of bearings
and the enclosures of steering boxes.
The forging processes and the required toolings meet the
dimensional, metallurgical and finishing requirements of
of mechanical transmissions for light, medium and heavy
vehicles. We are ready to develop toolings that optimize
the material's grain flow to provide stronger mechanical
endurance.
Gears __

The gears are forged in hammers or presses, to meet
the dimensional, metallurgical and finishing requirements.
They are available as raw or semi-finished products.
Drive Shaft

The transmission drive shafts are forged in presses, striving for the
rationalization of the raw materials and the regular distribution
of the material's grain flow, with sizes up to 400 mm long.
Crown and Pinion

The crown and pinion set is available in raw
(forged, thermally treated and sand blasted) or semi-finished,
available as a set or spare part.
Coupling body and timed _______

Purposed for transmission sets to synchronize speeds
available in variable dimensions, weight and
special geometrical details, such as lubrication
grooves and custom fitting.

Parts forged in hammers or presses, to meet
the dimensional, metallurgical and finishing requirements.
Available as raw or semi-finished products according to the
customer needs.
Forks

Purposed for the speed change in transmission sets, with
various and complex geometry meeting specific customers'
dimensional, metallurgical and finishing requirements.
Engine
Iperfor follows the evolution of technology keeping abreast as
one of the main suppliers of forgings for engine parts with
complex geometry - such as rocker arms, camshafts,
valves, gears, transport rings, that require top
craftsmanship in product development.
Gears ___

Gears are forged in hammers or presses, to meet
the dimensional, metallurgical and finishing requirements.
Available as raw or semi-finished products, with various
thicknesses and weight-relieving perforations
in the core as requested by the customer.
Axle __

Forged in hammers or presses striving for the rationalization
of the raw materials and the regular distribution of the
material's grain flow, available in various sizes, up to
400 mm long.
Rocker arm / Hanger _

Parts with complex geometry and restricted field of
tolerance, used in sets for the movement of
valves in diesel engines.
Transport Ring

Parts forged and machined purposed for the transport of
engines in the assembly line. May also be used in the
transport of other parts.
Suspension / Frame
Products with particular applications, complex
geometry and governmental safety
regulations - Iperfor offers technologically capable
equipments for the production and optimal quality
control to develop custom-made parts to meet
specific requirements.
Hanger (Frame) __

Products forged in presses purposed for use in
frames as hangers for leaf springs and clamps.
Parts with complex geometry and restricted field of
tolerance.
Hanger (Suspension)

Products purposed for the supension system of
vehicles built according to the governmental
safety regulations.
Terminals __

Parts forged in presses and used in the
suspension systems of cars, trucks and
buses as terminals of steering rods,
built according to the governmental
safety regulations.
Arms ___

Parts built according to the governmental safety
regulations, used in suspension terminals.
Available in various sizes.
